Anna quindlen homeless thesis

The author's perspective in the story is that no one should really be homeless, and that what a home means has changed greatly in the last few years. The author does not hint at very much bias, although it seems she is not content with how people are fighting homelessness.

“Home is where the heart it” states Quindlen while explaining that a home can be anywhere if you have love. Throughout the essay, Quindlen makes the argument that home is where the heart is and everyone should appreciate the little things in life. “I love my home with a ferocity totally out of proportion to its appearance or location.

Sentimental value for a house has dwindled. Quindlen demonstrates that “suddenly, where you lived was where you lived for three years, until you could move on to something else and something else again” (Quindlen 215).

In this story “Homeless” Anna writes about analyzing what homeless don’t have and to look at them differently, it all started by a women named Ann and there she had realized of the homeless. She, Quindlen, knows what Ann is talking about how home is very meaningful, I also understand.
