Odu application essay

The Office of Admissions reserves the right to reevaluate an applicant's admission or scholarship decision upon receipt of official test scores. This reevaluation may result in a change of admission or scholarship status. You may input your scores in the testing section of the Common App or Old Dominion University application.

Degree-seeking students who previously attended Old Dominion University who voluntarily left the University in good academic standing for at least one year may apply for reactivation. Students who left ODU due to academic suspension are not eligible.

ODU offers non-degree admission to visiting students or those interested in receiving licensure for any academic term. Non-degree students must complete an online application for admission into the university and are not eligible to receive financial aid until they become a degree-seeking student.

If you are currently enrolled at another college or university, remember to have your final transcript sent to us as soon as possible. Or, if it has been more than five years since you last attended ODU, you must submit official transcripts from every institution you have attended.
